It’s Market Time!

In order to make Market the best experience for everyone we request the following:

1. Fee - $20 (non-refundable) due two weeks prior. We also require at least 3 photos of of your items for our marketing.
2. Spots are assigned by Abode Market Committee.
3. Set up complete (and parked in back of the building) by 8:45a.m. Those who come late may be subject to setting up in the back of the building.
4.***Bring cash, change, drinks, shade, weather protection, tags, pens, tables, etc (anything you think you might need) Please do not ask us for these items during market. There is an FRESH MARKET across the street where you can purchase things you need if necessary.
5. Market vendors are welcome to use our bathroom.
6. If you need to leave - we will be glad to sell your items for you, however, we will split them 50/50 as consignment. If we are going to sell items for THEY MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED or they are free. You are more than welcome to have a friend sell your items for you while you get lunch, drinks, etc. Please have that person watch your items at all times--we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Appropriate Attire Please (Shirt, Shoes, Etc.) No smoking or alcoholic beverages.
8. Market hours are 9am-4pm. You are welcome to stay until the store closes. Sometimes we get a late rush--people who have had to work, etc.
9. Please gather trash and leave your area clean. We have a dumpster out back.
10. Items that do not sell are not immediately eligible for consignment. Based on our space constraints and consignment criteria we will decided if items are eligible. Please make sure you have a way to take your items that don’t sell home, the city does not allow us to leave anything outside, we will get fined, and we will not be donating items for you.
11. If a customer needs to pay with a credit card we charge a 3% fee of the total purchase and you will be paid out at the end of the market.
